From the new pictures you will see in the New Pictures Gallery, a fair bit has been happening. I will tell you all about recent happenings below :

 

1) I went on a harbour cruise to celebrate Australia day this year, and got some wondeful shot from the back of a cruiser. The amount of noise, laughter and Aussie Pride out on Sydney Harbour that day was wonderful

2) NSW Commodore Club 2nd Birthday show 24/11/07 - The car club I am a member of, NSWCC, held their 2nd annual car show at Penrith Panthers. We had a great range of quality cars and I was lucky enough to cover the event for Street Machine Commodores. The issue the show was featured in was released in Febuary this year

3) I was invited up to the 12hr Production Car race at Mt Panorama, Bathurst. I attended this last yeah as a guest of the Century 21 Falcon team owned by Chris Delfsma, and Chris was wonderful to invite me to cover the race weekend again. A five page article has been released in Street Machine Fords about the event, with Pictures and article by me

4) I was asked to capture all the before and after photo's of the Axis Telecoms Xmas party for 2007. It was a great night and the pictures came out brilliantly, even if a few were, umm, interesting. I am not able to post the pictures up unfortunately

5) I was also asked by one of the directors to organise a tribute to his Parents in law to help celebrate their 50th wedding anniversay. I was working with Pictures from the late 40's through until present day. Suffice to say, the reaction to the images from those that attended the party was more that pleased

6) I attended the Good Friday Burnouts at Western Sydney International Dragway this past Easter. Although this type of event may not be everyines idea of fun, I enjoyed it and got some very good images.

That is about the extent of it for the last 5 months. I am gradually securing more and more paid work though different avenue's, so I hope it will not be long until I can make this a Full time Job
